Melons from Holland are harvested during the summer in the Polders (low lands) behind the canals. With the abundance of water, the ripened melons are juicy, colorful, and delicious. After the multiple distillation process of the melons, this creation resulted in a vodka with ultimate refinement in both smoothness and taste.
