A deep orange gold color. A big, sherried malt. NOSE: Sherrywood with citrus peel and spices. A slight hessian note, a rounding sweeteness (toffee) with a hint of smoke. PALATE: Rich, sherry with burnt fruitcake flavours. Sweet, toffee flavours and a slight oily, nutty note. BODY: Smooth and balanced. FINISH: Delicate hint of sherry and peat smoke.
