The Macallan Cask Strength has been specially selected by our whisky maker, Bob Dalgarno, to reflect The Macallan as it was originally conceived. True to The Macallan tradition, this Cask Strength has been drawn exclusively from oak sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, imbuing the whisky with a characteristic, richly resinous taste. Non chill-filtered for maximum flavour, The Macallan Cask Strength may throw a slight haze with addition of water or ice.
