The light colour of this malt belies the richness of its character. Full bodied, malty and sweet, without being sherried. An initially fruity nose develops toffee notes with a hint of vanilla. Palate: Medium sweetness, becoming creamy before evolving into a sweet nuttiness, reminiscent of coconuts. The finish is medium length, leaving sweet floral notes on the tongue. Complexity is the key word yet it remains perfectly balanced from first sip to the full, rich finish
