Continuing a 500-year tradition and under the direction of Sagatiba’s master distiller, Velha is handcrafted from fresh pressed sugarcane, distilled in copper pot stills through Sagatiba’s exclusive multi-distillation process, and aged in oak barrels for at least two years. Each artisanal element is key in attaining Velha’s exquisite smoothness, exotic fruit aromas and distinct personality.
