Pike Creek Double Barreled Canadian Whiskey

The subtle Candian Whisky, finished in port casks for a soft, sweet taste. The color is sunset brown and the nose of soft grains driftling throughout, and a subtle, ripe fruitiness. Very clean. The body full flavored and fresh. The palate silky on the palate, a blend of sweet wine, spice and subtle oak tastes that sit comfortably with notes of toasted grain. The finish warm and mellow. Reminiscent of port, with a lasting spicy finish.
