Peach Vodka
Peach vodka is sweet, fruity, and tastes like summer in a glass. You can find it in the regular peach variety, or paired with sweet tea for a fun alternative. While shopping for peach vodka you may seem names like Apeach or Persik. But don’t let them fool you. They are both still peach vodka. To create your own peach vodka at home, add a sliced peach to your favorite vodka and allow them to marry for at least a month. For a stronger peach flavor, allow the mixture to stand longer. If one month is too long for you to wait, a quicker recipe is available. Simply macerate the fruit by dicing it and muddling it in a glass. Then pour in the vodka, stir, cover, and let it sit for 4 days before straining and serving. Be careful, because if you allow the mixture to sit for too long the fruit will go bad and your vodka will be ruined.
