Izarra Jaune

The 13 plants and spices comprising it have strong personalities and yet produce a marvellous combination. A fresh honey feel tends to dominate. To the eye, Izarra Jaune is perfectly clear and brilliant. It is a bright, light yellow with tints of lemon and gold. The legs indicate a wonderful creaminess and a wealth of essential oils. On the palate, Izarra Jaune has a great aromatic power, a fragrance that is rich, complex and original with notes of plants and spices including cinnamon and coriander, with a hint of anise. Then come the mellow, spicy underlying notes such as prunes and vanilla. On the mouth there is a great creaminess on the palate, with plant and spice notes combining subtly on a background of sweet honey flavours.
