Indigo Gin by Larios
In 1865 Martin Larios was made the Marques of Larios, honoring his distilling artistry, renowned among Spanish nobility. His specialty was creating fine gins. But not all of them were shared with his patrons. His formula was so exquisite that it was made in small batches, specially bottled and marked with a splash of indigo paint. He named it Indigo by Larios for the color of the marking and it remained exclusively in the family's private reserve for many years. Now that formula has been recreated for all to enjoy.
