Honey Vodka

Honey vodka can be found in a variety of flavors, such as honey, rye honey, citrus & honey, pepper with honey, oat & honey, etc. Unlike other infused vodkas, honey vodka is known to have a slightly syrupy texture. And, because herbs are often added, some find the liquor to have subtle herbal undertones. While some enjoy honey vodka straight and warm, it is also quite delicious when served on ice. Making your own honey vodka is easy. Simply add honey to your favorite vodka. If you’d prefer to create a flavor that’s more complex, add in extras, such as oats, herbs, pepper, and/or fruit. Let the mixture infuse for about a week, shaking once a day, and you’ll have your own honey vodka.
