In 1765, Richard Hennessy settled in Cognac where he founded the House which bears his name. Over the centuries, his descendants have built up the world's largest reserves of aged eaux-de-vie. A number of the very best vintages are stored in a separate cellar, traditionally known as the "Founder's cellar". Hennessy draws from this treasure to compose its Paradis Cognac
