Edradour Single Malt Scotch 1996 Signatory Unchill

The colour is old gold with amber glints. The nose detects some praline, prune and honey hints. The perfumed palate is liquoriced, fruity (apple, apricot) and spicy (pepper) The finish is sweet and recalls toffee and malted barley. This single malt needs to be aired to reveal all its smoothness and fragrances.
