Vodka usually isn’t known for its sweetness. So, when a vodka-based drink has a sweet flavor, you can bet it’s the other ingredients that give it a sugary taste. That is, unless you use chocolate vodka. When buying chocolate vodka, you can usually find Chocolate, Double Chocolate, or Dutch Chocolate. However, if you want to create a chocolate vodka that really suits you, you can easily make it yourself. Start with your favorite 750 ml bottle of vodka and then add one cup of quality cocoa powder. Dutch-process is preferred for a milder flavored result.
