Cavalier Extra Old Rum

Cavalier 5 Year Old Rum has been aging in small 22 litre charred oak barrels which are stored on their sides to maximise the contact between the wood and the Rum. Blending is then carried out in 5,000 litre capacity oak vats which are as old as the company itself. These vats are vital to the production of of this Vintage Antigua Rum for it is here that the rum picks up its characteristic taste.
