Auchentoshan 1962 Scotch

Burnished copper in colour, the body is light to medium. Wonderful complexity on the nose with honey, lemon, orange peel and creamy vanilla with light almond and leafy notes. The palate is awash with crushed vanilla and zesty fruitiness overlaid with a light raisin flavour. The finish is light and mild with a satisfying creaminess complemented by a mild fruitiness and just a hint of almond.
