Red Or Black (variation)

Supplies:

• Deck of Cards
• Drinks
• Table

Instructions

Deal one card in the middle of the table face down. Deal four cards in a ring around the centre card. Deal more cards in a ring around that ring, etc. One deck usually gets you four rings plus the centre card. Obviously, the outer ring will have the most cards.
Players start with the outer ring. Player calls "red" or "black" and flips a card. If they are wrong, they drink. If they are right, they can give the drink(s) away to other player(s). Continue in the outer ring until all cards are gone, and then move into the next ring.

Ring values:

• 1st: 1 drink
• 2nd: 2 drinks
• 3rd: 4 drinks
• 4th: 6 drinks
• middle: chug a full beverage

Hint: The last card to be flipped is the middle card -- the "death card." When you deal, keep 5-6 cards from the deck off the table. It prevents the player with the death card from card-counting. Also, you can leave the jokers in the deck. We usually play that everyone drinks for the joker.
