Drink Type: Punch
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Gin
- 1/2 oz. Cognac
- 1/4 oz. Lychee Liqueur
- 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice (Pink)
- 1/4 oz. Wild Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 tsp. Pepper (Pink Peppercorns)
- 1 dash(es) Peychaud Bitters
- Soda
- 1 Wild Hibiscus Flower
- 1 Lychee Nuts
Instructions
Crush peppercorns at the bottom of a mixing glass with a muddler. Add all liquid ingredients with the exception of the soda water and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into a punch cup and top with soda water. Garnish with a Wild Hibiscus Flower stuffed with Lychee fruit on a skewer.
