Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Hendrick's Gin
- 1/2 oz. Giffard Lichi-Li
- 1/4 oz. Wild Hibiscus Syrup
- 2 wedge(s) Lime
- 4 wedge(s) Cucumber (1 inch long)
- 1 splash(es) Soda Water
- 1 Wild Hibiscus Flower
Instructions
Muddle lime wedges, hibiscus syrup and lychee liqueur together. Add gin and cucumber wedges and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain over ice into a highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a cucumber spear.
