Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. L'Espirit de June
- 1 1/4 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Egg White
- Bitters
Instructions
Shake the ingredients with cold, hard, large ice-cubes for 10-15 seconds. Strain into the glass. Garnish with 3 dots of aromatic cocktail bitters such as Angostura or The Bitter Truth Aromatic.
