Ingredients

- 2 part(s) Orange Liqueur
- 3 part(s) Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Stir ingredients together and pour over crushed ice into a small brandy snifter. Garnish with nutmeg and orange twist.
