Ingredients
- Pineapple
- Mint
- 2 part(s) Courvoisier Rose
- 1/2 part(s) Dry Vermouth (French)
- 1/2 part(s) Lime Juice
- 1/4 part(s) Simple Syrup
- 3 splash(es) Peychaud Bitters
Instructions
Start by muddling pineapple & mint in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, shake well and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk.
