Pour a shot of peppered vodka in a shot glass then add 3 dashes of tabasco sauce. Take the pepper out of the juice and rub it around the top rim of the shot glass making sure the juice flows from the top down into the vodka. You can also cut a piece of the pepper in the juice and put it in the shot or just take a small amount of pepper juice and put it into the shot. You can vary the juice amount depending on how hot you want the drink.
