Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 12 Eggs (separated)
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 3 pint(s) Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup(s) Cognac
- 1 cup(s) Bourbon Whiskey
- 2 cup(s) Milk
Instructions
Beat egg yolks and sugar untill lemon color. Add milk and slowly add the liquor. Beat and then chill several hours. In a separate bowl beat egg whites and salt till peaking. In a separate bowl beat cream till stiff. Fold Cream into yolksand then fold whites into cream mixture. Chill one hour. Sprinkle with Nutmeg. Sing Jaaaannnnn's Fa' mous' and Enjoy
