Grand Iced Cafe Latte

This gourmet coffee combines rich, harmonious flavours: the chocolate tempers the slight bitterness of the coffee, the cream adds an unctuous touch, and the delicate orange flavour of Grand Marnier liqueur lends this blend intensified aromatic richness.

In a tall glass, combine the hot espresso, Grand Marnier® liqueur, and hot milk with the melted dark chocolate. Decorate with whipped cream, or foamed milk if using the steam nozzle of your espresso machine, and chocolate shavings.

To make this recipe even easier, you can replace the melted chocolate with powdered cocoa combined with the hot milk.
