Drink Type: Shooter
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz. 151 Proof Rum
- 1/2 oz. Sambuca
- 1/2 oz. Galliano
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
- 1 pinch(es) Cinnamon
Instructions
Measure all liquour into separate shot glasses to have ready as needed. Pour rum over the inside rim of a martini glass. Add sambuca and light on fire. Quickly add the galliano and blue curaco. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Person drinking it should insert a straw to the bottom of the martini glass while on fire and at the same time the pourer should pour the baileys and creme de cacao. While these last two are being poured the one drinking sucks it into the straw. Ensure the flame burns out before reaching that level.
