Flaming Hooker

Place Drambuie in a wine glass. Dim the lights in the room. Swirl, then light. Quickly but carefully raise to mouth, with thumb between the glass and the lower lip, and swallow in one gulp. Promptly set the glass back on the counter -- full success if the flame still in the glass. Danger -- do not spill! ALWAYS USE CAUTION WITH FIRE.
