Ingredients
- 12 Eggs
- 1 1/3 cup(s) Sugar
- 4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 quart(s) Milk (Whole)
- 2 quart(s) Half and Half Cream
Instructions
Separate eggs. Mix the yokes and the other ingredients in a 1 1/2 gallon or a larger bowl. Just prior to serving, beat the egg whites until they peak and fold them into the mixture. That makes about 1 1/4 gallons. Garnish the glasses with nutmeg or cinnamon. You can spike the eggnog with brandy or rum.
