Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin (infused with dried pears and apples)
- 1/2 oz. Lucid Absinthe Superieure
- 1 oz. Apple Cider
- 1/2 oz. Pear Brandy (Adam recommends: Massenez Williams Poire Brandy)
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 2 dash(es) Bitters (Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters)
- Ginger Beer
Instructions
Shake all ingredients well. Strain into a highball glass. Top with gingerbeer. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
