Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 64 oz. Tomato Juice (Campbell's)
- 2 tbsp. Celery Salt
- 3 tbsp. Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp. Vinegar (rice)
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Horseradish
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. A H Hirsch 16yr Bourbon
- 2 oz. Vodka
Instructions
Pour 1 cup of the tomato juice and set aside. Combine all of the above ingredients with the tomato juice in the a jar. Cap and shake well. Fill the jar with the reserved tomato juice and shake again. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before using. For the Bloody Mary pour 4-5 oz of mix in a 10 oz. chilled glass. Add good vodka and stir gently. Garnish with a celery stalk or sliced dill pickle. Top off with coarsely crushed ice or broken ice cubes. If desired shake a small amount of celery salt on top after adding ice.
