2 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Tawny Port
1/2 oz. Pernod Absinthe
3 dash(es) Peychaud Bitters
1 tsp. Lemon Juice (Fresh)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain over ice cubes into an old-fashioned glass.
