- 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 oz. Irish Cream
- Chocolate Sauce
Instructions
This is just like a bloody brain or brain hemorage but substitute grenadine for chocolate sauce!l Layer Irish Cream on Peach schnapps. Pour the chocolate sauce in the center. ( The sauce pulls some of the Irish Cream to the bottom to make it look like a Brain stem!!)
